Ellen Morehouse Promoted to Commercial Banker in Onalaska

We’re proud to announce that Ellen Morehouse is now a local Commercial Banker in Onalaska, WI.
 
Ellen shares, “In this new role I am excited to work directly with our business customers, compared to my previous behind-the-scenes positions. It’s an honor to continue helping customers fulfill their hopes and dreams through their financial partnership with Merchants.”
 
About Ellen:

• Joined Merchants in 2011 as a Commercial Credit Analyst, was Credit Support Manager from 2019-2021 and became Credit Support/SBA Officer in 2021.
• Has experience in commercial loan underwriting, documentation and credit analysis.
• Is a 2020 graduate of Merchants Bank’s I Believe Leadership Series and co-chaired the group’s service project with Cheeriodicals.
• Will serve businesses in the Coulee Region with an office at our Onalaska branch.

 Ellen grew up in the La Crosse area and attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She and her husband are small business owners and real estate investors who enjoy giving back to the community. In her free time, she enjoys camping, gardening, and caring for the many animals on their hobby farm in Ettrick, WI.
